Every SpinTap print is made to order from the artist and album details you provide. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Personal use. Products are made to order from the artist/album details you provide, for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Artwork ownership. Cover art is retrieved from licensed music metadata providers. SpinTap claims no ownership of artist names, album titles, or cover art, which remain the property of their respective owners.
- Your responsibility. You confirm that your request does not infringe any third-party rights, and you agree not to resell or commercially exploit the print.
- Final sale. Made-to-order items are final sale, except for damaged, defective, or misprinted items, which we will remake or refund.
- Your selection. Prints are generated from the cover you select — we can’t offer remakes for selection errors, so please double-check before you order.
- Right to refuse. We may refuse or cancel any order we believe would violate the law or third-party rights, with a full refund.
- No affiliation. SpinTap is not affiliated with or endorsed by any artist, record label, or streaming service.
